any of us as Christians come to faith but are never given the tools that equip us on our life-long walk with God, and very often think that these tools are either for others, or in fact are beyond us.

In this book Dr John White deals with issues such as how to pray, being a signpost for God, and the basic tools that all of us need but are often not really dealt with.

This is a great book, and its impact far surpasses its length. It gives the basics that all of us, as children of God, need to build a strong foundation upon, and if heavy theology puts you off reading some Christian books, then this is the one for you.
