Groups | Friday Fellowship

A group of 10 men was started on 21st January 1994 under the leadership Walter McAllister, some men being retired and others at leisure during the day.

Those founder members found the spiritual fellowship which they had been searching for.

Now the present roll book has 100 names with an average attendance of 60 - 65 men on Friday mornings.

From 10.15am tea, coffee and home-made scones are served. The men sit in small groups enjoying conversation. At 11.00am they take part in praise and prayer and listen to different speakers each week. The meeting ends at 12 noon.

During the summer season, a coach tour is arranged and includes wives and friends. We also have half-day trips including refreshments.

Why not come along and join us? You are sure to receive a very warm welcome.
